A licensed nursing home administrator with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation settings, my mission is to help nursing home administrators free up more time so they can reconnect to their “why” - supporting the residents and the staff who care for them.

I am passionate about creating cultures where residents receive exceptional care, employees feel valued, and teams are empowered to achieve excellence. I am now seeking to leverage my operational knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to quality care to make a meaningful impact.

As a leader, I have overseen staff development, budgeting, resident satisfaction initiatives, survey readiness, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. My clients have received deficiency-free surveys and maintained a 5-Star CMS rating through improved departmental performance, and occupancy growth through community outreach and strategic planning.
